Colorado Revised Statutes Title 37. Water and Irrigation § 37-88-105. Contract for and lease of water rights

When any part of any ditch, canal, reservoir, or feeder is constructed, said department of corrections may contract for and may lease water rights upon such terms and under such rules and regulations as may be adopted by said department and approved by the governor of the state, to such individuals or corporations as may desire to lease the same.
