Colorado Revised Statutes Title 37. Water and Irrigation § 37-86-101. Sections liberally construed

This section and sections 37-86-108 to 37-86-110 are passed in the exercise of the police power of the state, and their provisions shall be liberally construed for the purpose of effectuating their object.
