(1) There is hereby created in the state treasury the interbasin compact committee operation fund, which shall be administered by the Colorado water conservation board and consists of all money transferred by the treasurer as specified in section 39-29-109(2)(a)(II.5)(C). All money in the fund is continuously appropriated to the Colorado water conservation board for the purposes stated in this article 75. All money in the fund at the end of each fiscal year shall be retained in the fund and shall not revert to the general fund or any other fund.
(2) Repealed by Laws 2018, Ch. 201, § 12, eff. July 1, 2018.
(3) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, on April 30, 2021, the state treasurer shall transfer two hundred ninety-seven thousand seven hundred fifty-nine dollars from the interbasin compact committee operation fund created in subsection (1) of this section to the severance tax operational fund created in section 39-29-109(2)(b)(I).
