In addition to other means of providing revenue for a subdistrict, the board of directors, in the name of the subdistrict, has the power to levy and collect general ad valorem taxes on or against all taxable property within the subdistrict, subject to the limitations provided in section 37-46-126.3(1), in part 3 of article 1 of title 29, C.R.S., and in any other law which by its terms is applicable to the subdistrict and which imposes tax limitations or expenditure limitations thereon.
