Colorado Revised Statutes Title 37. Water and Irrigation § 37-22-101. Treasurer of drainage district

The treasurer of the drainage district shall be liable on the district treasurer's official bond for the safety and disbursement of the funds of the drainage district which may come into the district treasurer's hands.
