Colorado Revised Statutes Title 35. Agriculture § 35-70-104.1. Mobile home ownership--elections and petitions

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article 70 to the contrary, for all elections and petitions that require ownership of real property or land, the ownership of a mobile home as defined in section 5-1-301(29) or 38-12-201.5(5), or a manufactured home as defined in section 42-1-102(48.8), is sufficient to qualify as ownership of real property or land for the purpose of voting rights and petitions.
