Upon the signing of the decree and the filing of said copies, as provided in section 34-51-107, said district shall become a municipal corporation and have and exercise all the powers necessary and requisite to carry into effect the objects for which it is formed, including the power to sue and be sued, under the name and style of “Mining Drainage District No.__________ of the county of ____________”, the number of the district and the name of the county both being part of its corporate name.
