Colorado Revised Statutes Title 34. Mineral Resources § 34-24-109. Barrier pillar at property line

In all underground workings approaching property lines, a barrier pillar shall be left at least fifty feet on each side of the property line; but said barrier pillars may be removed upon mutual agreement of the operators in writing.
