Colorado Revised Statutes Title 32. Special Districts § 32-9-123.5. Prohibition on borrowing by district

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the district shall not borrow money for the purpose of acquisition, construction, continuing construction, or operation of mass transit facilities during the period from January 1, 1990, through May 9, 1990, and, during such time period, the district shall not issue any district securities evidencing such borrowing.
