Upon the approval of the registered electors pursuant to the provisions of section 32-15-107, the board shall negotiate and enter into one or more management agreements for the management and operation of the stadium upon such terms and conditions that the board deems reasonable and necessary. Such agreements shall be legally binding contracts between the district and management organizations that shall contain appropriate and reasonable provisions with respect to termination, default, and legal remedies.
