Colorado Revised Statutes Title 32. Special Districts § 32-11-808. Conclusiveness of board's determination

The determination of the board that the limitations imposed in this article upon the issuance of bonds or upon the issuance of other securities under this article, both general obligations and special obligations, have been met shall be conclusive in the absence of fraud or arbitrary and gross abuse of discretion, regardless of whether the authorizing resolution or the securities thereby authorized contain a recital as authorized by section 32-11-507.
