Colorado Revised Statutes Title 31. Government Municipal § 31-25-610. Meetings

The board shall hold meetings, on notice to each member of the board, which shall be open to the public in a place to be designated by the board as often as the needs of the district require. A quorum of the governing body shall constitute a quorum at any meeting.
