Colorado Revised Statutes Title 31. Government Municipal § 31-10-501.5. Ballot issue notice

(1) Any ballot issue notice, as defined in section 1-1-104(2.5), C.R.S., relating to a municipal ballot issue, as defined in section 1-1-104(2.3), C.R.S., shall be prepared and distributed in a manner consistent with part 9 of article 7 of title 1, C.R.S.

(2) In addition to the requirements set forth in subsection (1) of this section, a municipality submitting a ballot issue concerning the creation of any debt or other financial obligation at an election in the municipality shall post notice in accordance with the requirements of section 1-7-908, C.R.S.
