Colorado Revised Statutes Title 25. Health § 25-5.5-307. Water ice--standards

Water ice conforms in all respects to the definition and standard of identity for sherbet prescribed in section 25-5.5-306; except that the mix need not be pasteurized and, since it does not contain any of the optional dairy ingredients, it does not meet the provision respecting total milk solids and butterfat.
