Colorado Revised Statutes Title 25. Health § 25-4-612. Enforcement of part 6

The health officer or health department shall enforce the provisions of this part 6, and the sheriff and his deputies and the police officers in each incorporated municipality and the division of parks and wildlife shall be aides and are instructed to cooperate with the health department or health officer in carrying out the provisions of this part 6.
