(1) To ensure continuity of operations, any grant agreement or contract that the department entered into pursuant to this section as it existed before House Bill 24-1449 was enacted in 2024 is transferred or assigned to the Colorado circular communities enterprise board established pursuant to section 25-16.5-109(3). The department may assign any contract or agreement to the Colorado circular communities enterprise board until January 31, 2025. The department may administer the services on the enterprise's behalf in the interim to the extent necessary to maintain operations. The enterprise shall compensate the department at fair market value for any interim services that the department provides.
(2) The Colorado circular communities enterprise shall administer any grants that the pollution prevention advisory board has approved prior to the board's repeal pursuant to House Bill 24-1449, enacted in 2024.
(3) This section is repealed, effective October 1, 2025.
