Colorado Revised Statutes Title 25.5. Health Care Policy and Financing § 25.5-3-304. Primary care fund report

(1) Beginning February 1, 2026, and each February 1 thereafter, the executive director shall prepare and submit an annual report to the house of representatives health and human services committee and the senate health and human services committee, or their successor committees; the joint budget committee; the governor; and the state board concerning the status of the primary care fund, created in section 24-22-117(2)(b).
