Colorado Revised Statutes Title 25.5. Health Care Policy and Financing § 25.5-10-238. Federal funds

The state department is authorized to accept, on behalf of the state, any grants of federal funds made available for any purposes consistent with the provisions of this article. The executive director of the state department, with the approval of the governor, shall have power to direct the disposition of any such grants so accepted in conformity with the terms and conditions under which they are given.
