Colorado Revised Statutes Title 24. Government State § 24-75-116. General fund appropriation for lease payments--department of revenue--temporary reduction--repeal

(1)(a) For the 2025-26 state fiscal year and for each state fiscal year thereafter, through the 2028-29 state fiscal year, the general assembly shall reduce the general fund appropriation to the department of revenue in the executive director's office for the purpose of leased space by four hundred thousand dollars.

(b) For the 2025-26 state fiscal year and for each state fiscal year thereafter, through the 2028-29 state fiscal year, the general assembly shall increase the general fund appropriation to the department of revenue in the executive director's office for the purpose of operating expenses by four hundred thousand dollars.
