Colorado Revised Statutes Title 24. Government State § 24-60-4304. Notice to revisor of statutes--effective date of compact

This part 43 will take effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the tenth compact state. The director of the division of professions and occupations in the department of regulatory agencies shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing when the condition specified in this section has occurred by e-mailing the notice to revisorofstatutes.ga@coleg.gov. This part 43 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the compact is enacted into law in the tenth compact state.
