Colorado Revised Statutes Title 24. Government State § 24-53-111. Transfer of powers, duties, and obligations

Current as of January 01, 2025 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

On and after March 26, 1984, all powers, duties, and obligations pursuant to this article which were undertaken prior to March 26, 1984, by the division of employment and training of the department shall be undertaken by the department.
