For state fiscal year 2022--23, and for each subsequent state fiscal year, the Colorado energy office and the department of public health and environment shall, after consultation with the department of transportation, jointly prepare and present to the transportation and local government and energy and environment committees of the house of representatives and the transportation and energy committee of the senate, or any successor committees, an annual report detailing the progress made toward the electric motor vehicle adoption goals set forth in the “Colorado Electric Vehicle Plan 2020” and the transportation sector greenhouse gas pollution reduction goals set forth in the “Colorado Greenhouse Gas Pollution Reduction Roadmap”, published by the Colorado energy office. The community access enterprise created in section 24-38.5-303(1) and the clean fleet enterprise created in section 25-7.5-103(1)(a) shall also post the annual report on their websites.
