Colorado Revised Statutes Title 24. Government State § 24-33.5-531. Project management team--repeal

(1) To ensure that the strategies of the grant programs in Senate Bill 22-001, enacted in 2022, and Senate Bill 22-145, enacted in 2022, referred to in this section as the “grant programs”, are successfully implemented, the division shall create a project management team to coordinate, manage, and oversee the grant programs.

(2) The general assembly shall appropriate from the general fund to the division two hundred thousand dollars in fiscal year 2022--23 and two hundred thousand dollars in fiscal year 2023--24 for the project management team.

(3) This section is repealed, effective January 1, 2025.
