Colorado Revised Statutes Title 24. Government State § 24-30-1517. Applicability

(1) With respect to claims covered under the risk management fund, until January 1, 1995, section 24-30-1510 shall apply to claims arising on or after September 15, 1985, and on and after January 1, 1995, section 24-30-1510 shall apply to claims whenever arising. With respect to claims for loss or damage to state property covered under the self-insured property fund, this part 15 shall apply to claims arising on or after July 1, 1986. With respect to claims for workers' compensation made by state employees, other than employees of the department of human services, this part 15 shall apply to claims arising on or after May 24, 1990. With respect to claims for workers' compensation made by employees of the department of human services, this part 15 shall apply to claims arising on or after July 1, 1990.

(2) Nothing in this part 15 shall apply to the university of Colorado system, including the university of Colorado at Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs and the university of Colorado health sciences center.
