Colorado Revised Statutes Title 23. Postsecondary Education § 23-60-301. Supervision of occupational education

The director of occupational education shall supervise the administration of the occupational education programs of the state and upon approval of the board shall determine the allocation and distribution of state and federal vocational education funds to the community and technical colleges, local college districts, individual school districts, and other appropriate state and local educational agencies and institutions.
