Colorado Revised Statutes Title 23. Postsecondary Education § 23-30-117. Presidents to choose faculty and staff

Pursuant to section 23-30-113, the board of governors of the Colorado state university system may delegate to the presidents of the institutions it governs the power to choose such professors and staff as the necessities of their institutions require.
