Colorado Revised Statutes Title 23. Postsecondary Education § 23-1-139. Department directive--contract for use of online platform for public benefits

The department shall contract for and facilitate the use of an online platform by any institution of higher education in Colorado, whether public or private, in order to assist students in accessing public benefits. Individual institutions that use the online platform that the department contracts for are required to contribute financially for use of the platform.
