Beginning on September 14, 2020, the department of higher education may receive and expend any money transferred to the department by the state work force development council created in section 24-46.3-101, for the purposes of implementing and maintaining the online platform created pursuant to section 24-46.3-106, disseminating information regarding the online platform, and providing training about the online platform.
