All meetings of the committee shall be open to the public pursuant to the provisions of section 24-6-402, C.R.S., and shall be held only after full and timely public notice. The chair may call special meetings upon notice mailed by the secretary to each member at least five days before such meeting. A meeting of the committee shall be called by the chair on written request of three members of the committee upon notice mailed by the secretary to each member at least five days before such meeting.
