Colorado Revised Statutes Title 22. Education § 22-20-107. Authority to contract with institutions of higher education or case management agencies

(1) An administrative unit may contract with an institution of higher education, a case management agency, or an entity, as those terms are defined in section 25.5-6-1702, as provided in section 25.5-10-206, for the provision by the administrative unit of an education and training program for children with disabilities. If an agreement is arrived at by the two agencies, the administrative unit shall place the responsibility for administering the program with the director of special education of the administrative unit.
