Colorado Revised Statutes Title 11. Financial Institutions § 11-46-102. Safe deposit boxes

Any savings and loan associations organized under articles 40 to 46 of this title and any federal savings and loan associations organized under the “Home Owners' Loan Act of 1933”, as amended,  1 except to the extent that laws, rules, and regulations under which they operate are inconsistent with this article, may engage in the business of leasing safe deposit boxes in accordance with the provisions of this article.
