(1) Every advisory organization shall file with the commissioner a copy of its constitution, its articles of agreement or association or its certificate of incorporation, and its bylaws, rules, and regulations governing its activities, a list of its members, the name and address of a resident of this state upon whom notices or orders of the commissioner or process issued at his direction may be served, and an agreement that the commissioner may examine such advisory organization in accordance with the provisions of section 10-4-414.
(2) If, after hearing, the commissioner finds that the furnishing of such information or assistance involves any act or practice which is unfair or unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this part 4, he may issue a written order specifying in what respects such act or practice is unfair or unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this part 4 and requiring the discontinuance of such act or practice.
