An elector may take a mobile phone or other electronic device into a voter service and polling center so long as the elector does not make or receive any phone calls, except for calls to or from the multilingual ballot hotline established pursuant to section 1-5-904, or take any pictures or videos other than images of the elector's own person or ballot.
