Colorado Constitution of 1876 Schedule § 6. Judges--district attorneys--term commence on filing oath

The terms of office of the several judges of the supreme and district courts and the district attorneys of the several judicial districts first elected under this constitution, shall commence from the day of filing their respective oaths of office in the office of the secretary of state.
