Code of Federal Regulations Title 7. Agriculture § 7.5001.7 Agency's special initiatives

Applicants submitting applications that support the implementation of strategic or special initiatives are encouraged to review the Agency's annual notice to determine if their projects are eligible for receiving priority for projects. These projects may also support the implementation of strategic economic development and community development plans on a multi-jurisdictional and multi-sectoral basis in accordance with section 6401 of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (Pub.L. 115–334).
