The requirements of 7 CFR 1942.4, 1942.17(e), 1942.17(l), 1942.118, and 1942.119 will be applicable when agreements between grantees and third parties are involved.
The Secretary of State shall charge and collect a fee as set forth in paragraph (2) of subdivision (b) of Section 12191 of the Government Code for each registration made under this chapter.
