(a)Sections 1755.501 through 1755.510 cover service installations at permanent or mobile home customer access locations.Sections 1755.501 through 1755.510 do not cover service installations at customer access locations associated with boat yards or marinas.

(b) Service installations for customer access locations in boat yards or marinas shall be performed in accordance with Article 800, Communications Circuits, of the American National Standards Institute/National Fire Protection Association (ANSI/NFPA) 70–1999, National Electrical Code^® (NEC^®). The National Electrical Code^® and NEC^® are registered trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association, Inc., Quincy, MA 02269.
