This Amendment between ______ herein called “Grantee,” and the United States of America acting through the Farmers Home Administration, Department of Agriculture, herein called “FmHA,” or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354 hereby amends the Housing Preservation Grant Agreement executed by said parties on ______, 19__, hereinafter called the “Agreement.”
