Code of Federal Regulations Title 49. Transportation § 49.385.4 Matter incorporated by reference

(a) Certain material is incorporated by reference into this part with the approval of the Director of the Federal Register under 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51. To enforce any edition other than that specified in this section, FMCSA must publish notification of the change in the Federal Registerand the material must be available to the public. All approved material is available for inspection at Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Office of Enforcement and Compliance, 1200 New Jersey Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20590;  Attention:  Chief, Compliance Division at (202) 366–1812, and is available from the sources listed in paragraph (b) of this section. It is also available for inspection at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). For information on the availability of this material at NARA, email fr.inspection@nara.gov or go to http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/cfr/ibr-locations.html.
