The following standard form is prescribed for use in reporting small business (including Alaska Native Corporations and Indian tribes), veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business (including Alaska Native Corporations and Indian tribes) and women-owned small business subcontracting data, as specified in part 19:  SF 294, (Rev. OCT 2020) Subcontracting Report for Individual Contracts. SF 294 is authorized for local reproduction.
