When Commission members make a decision to hold a meeting, the proposed meeting will
ordinarily be scheduled for a date no earlier than eight days after the decision to
allow sufficient time to give appropriate public notice. At the time a decision is made to hold a meeting, the time, place, and subject matter
of the meeting will be determined, as well as whether the meeting is to be open or
closed to the public.
