Code of Federal Regulations Title 41. Public Contracts and Property Management § 41.102–75.730 What happens if a Federal agency does not submit a transfer request to the disposal agency for property to be used for replacement housing for persons who will be displaced by Federal or Federally assisted projects?

If the disposal agency does not receive a request for assignment or transfer of the property under § 102–75.715, then the disposal agency must proceed with other appropriate disposal actions.
