Code of Federal Regulations Title 41. Public Contracts and Property Management § 41.102–75.595 What responsibilities do landholding agencies have concerning properties to be used for self-help housing or housing assistance use?

Landholding agencies must cooperate to the fullest extent possible with HUD representatives in their inspection of such property and in furnishing information relating to such property.
