Handle ODSs in accordance with Federal and state laws and regulations. Prior to disposal of ODSs removed or reclaimed from facilities or equipment, including disposal as part of a contract, trade or donation, coordinate with the Defense Ozone Depleting Substances Reserve Program Office to determine if the recovered ODS is a critical requirement for DOD missions.
