Code of Federal Regulations Title 40. Protection of Environment § 40.80.71 Descriptions of VOC-control regions

(a) Reformulated gasoline covered areas which are located in the following States are included in VOC–Control Region 1:

Alabama

Arizona

Arkansas

California

Colorado

District of Columbia

Florida

Georgia

Kansas

Louisiana

Maryland

Mississippi

Missouri

Nevada

New Mexico

North Carolina

Oklahoma

Oregon

South Carolina

Tennessee

Texas

Utah

Virginia

(b) Reformulated gasoline covered areas which are located in the following States are included in VOC–Control Region 2:

Connecticut

Delaware

Idaho

Illinois

Indiana

Iowa

Kentucky

Maine

Massachusetts

Michigan

Minnesota

Montana

Nebraska

New Hampshire

New Jersey

New York

North Dakota

Ohio

Pennsylvania

Rhode Island

South Dakota

Vermont

Washington

West Virginia

Wisconsin

Wyoming

(c) Reformulated gasoline covered areas which are partially in VOC Control Region 1 and partially in VOC Control Region 2 shall be included in VOC Control Region 1, except in the case of the Philadelphia–Wilmington–Trenton CMSA which shall be included in VOC Control Region 2.
