(a) As required in § 63.7(a)(2), you must conduct a performance test within 180 calendar days of the compliance date
that is specified in § 63.1443 for your affected source to demonstrate initial compliance with each emission and
opacity limit in § 63.1443 and § 63.1446 that applies to you.
(b) For each work practice standard and operation and maintenance requirement that applies
to you where initial compliance is not demonstrated using a performance test or opacity
observation, you must demonstrate initial compliance within 30 calendar days after
the compliance date that is specified for your affected source in § 63.1443.
