(a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of the fungicide penflufen, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the following commodities listed in the table. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in the table is to be determined by measuring only penflufen N–[2–(1,3–dimethylbutyl)phenyl]–5–fluoro–1,3–dimethyl–1H–pyrazole–4–carboxam ide, in or on the following commodities.
