(a) General.
(1) Tolerances are established for residues of the herbicide indaziflam, N–[ (1R,2S)–2,3–dihydro–2,6–dimethyl–1H–inden–1–yl]–6–(1–fluoroethyl)–1,3,5–triazine–2,4–diamine, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the following table. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in the following table is to be determined by measuring only indaziflam and FDAT, 6–[ (1R)–1–fluoroethyl]–1,3,5–triazine–2,4–diamine, calculated as the stoichiometric equivalent of indaziflam, in or on the commodity.
