Code of Federal Regulations Title 40. Protection of Environment § 40.180.298 Methidathion;  tolerances for residues

(a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of the insecticide methidathion, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table in this paragraph. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in this paragraph is to be determined by measuring only methidathion, S–[(5–methoxy–2–oxo–1,3,4–thiadiazol–3(2H)-yl)methyl] O,O–dimethyl phosphorodithioate, in or on the commodity.

Tolerances with regional registration, as defined in § 180.1(l), are established for residues of the insecticide methidathion, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table in this paragraph. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in this paragraph is to be determined by measuring only methidathion, S–[(5–methoxy–2–oxo–1,3,4–thiadiazol–3(2H)-yl)methyl] O,O–dimethyl phosphorodithioate, in or on the commodity.
