As stated in § 63.1565(a)(2), you shall meet each operating limit in the following table that applies to you.

i. Thermal incinerator |
Maintain the daily average combustion zone temperature above the limit established during the performance test; and maintain the daily average oxygen concentration in the vent stream (percent, dry basis) above the limit established during the performance test. |

ii. Boiler or process heater with a design heat input capacity under 44 MW or a boiler or process heater in which all vent streams are not introduced into the flame zone. |

iii. Flare |
On and after January 30, 2019, the flare must meet the requirements of § 63.670. Prior to January 30, 2019, the flare pilot light must be present at all times and the flare must be operating at all times that emissions may be vented to it, or the flare must meet the requirements of § 63.670. |
